1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 4c44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by 4c44, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, payment processing services, promotional offers, and customer support facilities.

Access to and use of the 4c44 platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 4c44 platform, you confirm that:

This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 4c44 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be void and forfeited.

2.2 Identity & Verification

All players are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 4c44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and may request documentary proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership at any stage. Acceptable identification documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. • You must provide truthful information at all times — submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds;
• You must not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity or payment details;
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 4c44 — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts;
• 4c44 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation from any player at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Jurisdictional Responsibility

You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing 4c44. 3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 4c44 services — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, slot titles, and cricket betting markets — you must create a registered account. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your 4c44 account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, and your date of birth. • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not authorised by you.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 4c44. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of another person's details — is strictly prohibited. Where 4c44 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500;

• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad wallets is 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days;

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the 4c44 platform, whether in your own name or through the use of another person's identity or details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 4c44 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee winnings or circumvent game rules;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in games or the platform — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to obscure your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 4c44 as a vehicle for money laundering or financial fraud;
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after gambling funds have been used;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 4c44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

7.2 Responsible Use

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or 4c44 — may initiate the closure of a registered account. The following terms govern the suspension and closure process.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 4c44 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 4c44 will process the closure within 3 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable KYC verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain. Players who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period instead of permanent closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 4c44

4c44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;

Where an account is closed by 4c44 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, account balances may be frozen indefinitely and reported to relevant authorities.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by 4c44 — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules and any resulting winnings credited or debited accordingly. Access to all 4c44 services will be immediately terminated. 4c44 will retain account records in accordance with its data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
